Pancrase will present their final card of the year, December 1st at the Differ Ariake in Tokyo. Progress Tour 14 will be headlined with Flyweight King of Pancrase Kiyotaka Shimizu defending his belt against Yuki Yasunaga. Shimizu will be making the fifth defense of his belt since winning the championship back in 2010, while Yasunaga has more than earned his shot after winning his last seven fights.
Rin Nakai and Danielle West will meet again, this time for the inaugural Bantamweight Queen of Pancrase Championship. Nakai and West fought last September in a competitive bout which was ruled a draw by the judges.
After losing his lightweight title in April, long time veteran, Koji Oishi is dropping down to featherweight. The man who will be welcoming him to the division will be Neo Blood Tournament winner Jon Shores. A win for either man could see them emerge as a potential challenger to current featherweight king Takumi Nakayama.
It’s Pancrase vs. Shooto when current Lightweight King of Pancrase ISAO, takes on long time Shooto veteran Kenichiro Togashi in a non title match up.
The event will also see the return of Pancrase favorites KEI Yamamiya and Eiji Ishikawa.
