Our inaugural “of the year” awards are rolling out this week and we are starting it off with a bang.

Led by Kru Yodchatri “Chatri” Sityodtong, the Singapore based fight team had a coming out party of sorts, making their name known throughout Asia.  Sending fighters to promotions such as UFC, OneFC, RoadFC, and maintaining some of the most talented names in all of combat sports, Evolve MMA is’s 2012 Fight Team of the Year.

Attracting talent the world over, Evolve MMA played host to some of the sports biggest names including that of Dan Henderson, Rich Franklin, Ryo Chonan, Satoru Kitaoka, Ben Askrin, and many other world renown names in combat sports, including some of Thailand’s most talented strikers.

With more locations opening in the very near future, Evolve MMA is following the vision set forth by Chatri Sityodtong, which is spreading the love and passion he has for martial arts, and sharing it with the rest of the world.

“I am deeply honored that the Evolve Fight Team has won the award for Asian Fight Team of the Year by AsianMMA.  AsianMMA is truly one of the world’s most outstanding MMA websites and it is a privilege to be recognized by such a global authority of MMA.  As for our award, the real credit goes to our entire roster of 50+ world champions and professional fighters.  Equally important, Heath Sims (US Olympian and Dan Henderson’s former, long-time MMA coach), has been one of the biggest keys to the success of the Evolve Fight Team as co-leader of the team.”

Evolve MMA  looks to build on their success of 2012 and lead the charge into 2013.
