Legendary MMA warrior Hiromitsu Kanehara announced at a press conference today that he will face fellow legend, Yuki Kondo in his last MMA fight on March 9th at U-SPIRITS again, the follow up to 2011′s highly successful UWF reunion show.

Starting as a Pro Wrestler, along with the likes of Kazushi Sakuraba, Kanehara has endeared himself as one of Japan’s most beloved fight figures and has had epic wars in RINGS, PRIDE, DEEP & Pancrase. But after a 15 plus year fighting career he’s decided to hang up his gloves and in a continuation of the recent RINGS vs. Pancrase motif, he has chosen former King of Pancrase Yuki Kondo as his last opponent.

On the under card, KEI Yamamiya vs Daijiro Matsui & Yoshiki Takahashi vs Kenichi Yamamoto have already been announced and four or five more fights are expected to come.
