Going into Invicta’s 4th event, many people thought that Carla Esparza would make quick work of her opponent Bec Hyatt, who stepped up on short notice to take the fight. Instead the fans were treated to a five-round war, where Hyatt seemed to get stronger as the fight went on, dropping Esparza with seconds left in the fight. While Hyatt may have lost the decision, she gained a lot of exposure with the fight and many fans are excited to see her fight again. To help make this possible, the Australian has signed with Alchemist Management. They will manage her fights for the next twelve months. She joins fighters Liz Carmouche, Stefan Struve, Gegard Mousasi and others.Hyatt is expected to fight on Invicta FC 5, which will take place in California.
I’ve posted her VLOG from her last fight below the break. Worth watching.
